The project improves the comfort for the patients by using functional facilities (i.e. using ergonomics seats in waiting areas instead of the existing one) and the usability of the public spaces by the redesign of the adjacent external areas, creating outer spaces integrated with the greenery. The Cafeteria should also be reorganized, segregating areas for patients from public areas.
