CORPORATE STRUCTURE
The actual corporate structure of Studio Altieri S.p.A. is the following:
In particular, the Unique Shareholder Italconsult S.p.A. besides guaranteeing solidity and technical and financial reliability with clients and public and private investors, in Italy and worldwide, gives lifeblood to the diffusion abroad of the Italian excellence in the engineering sector.
Studio Altieri’s operative structure is composed by the Top Management, that provides monitoring and backstopping, and the Administrative and Technical Staff which operates in the Headquarters and foreign branches.
