New Hospital "San Giovanni di Dio e Ruggi d'Aragona"

The ceremony took place in the presence of the President of the Campania Region Vincenzo De Luca, the General Director of the Hospital of Salerno and the Rector of the University of Salerno. In addition to the President of the Region, the Mayor and the General Director, Studio Altieri SpA intervened as designer of the work and Manens SpA as the company managing the works.

The project drawn up by RTP with Studio Altieri as group leader since the early stages of technical and economic feasibility, is located on a lot of 220,000 square meters, has the presence of 732 beds and 1700 parking spaces. RUP of the intervention for all phases was eng. Roberta Santaniello.

The design RTP is composed of SAMOO Architects & Engineers as health and architectural designers, Studio Sani who took care of the entire plant design, ICONIA Ingegneria Civile Srl who developed the structural design, Studio Sound Service for the acoustic design, the geologist Umberto Borgia, the archaeologist Rosa Fiorillo, the doctor Gilberto Bragonzi who contributed to the health organization of the entire complex and the studio Ing. Antonio Marano & Partners who took care of the management and coordination of the survey campaigns, authorization practices and relationships with the institutions.
